Let your competition worry about you – instead.
Are you ready cut out the waste?
I once worked with a guy who spent so much time worrying about his competition that he lost his business.
I am sure you have seen, heard or maybe been part of a business that has spent great amounts of wasted time worrying about the ‘other guys.’ I can tell you from my own experiences in meeting after meeting, when the topic of the competition comes up, the pain begins and nothing gets accomplished.
All that usually takes place during these meeting are disagreements and at times heated arguments. It’s not worth giving valuable time to an entity that isn’t even part of your organization. Don’t get me wrong: you need to be aware of your competition…just don’t waste time on them. Instead, use that time to invest in your own employees or find new and fresh ways of getting more people to come back to visit you.
Don’t allow your so-called competition to take control of your business
- Be aware of your competition
- Don’t worry about what they are doing
- Focus on your business and the business at hand
- Let the competition waste time worrying about you and what you are doing
- Invest in your people and they will invest back into your business
- Have a plan that moves you forward and takes you to the next level and beyond
By focusing on your business and not on the other guys you have just moved up to the ‘Top 10 List’ of winners. Not only will you be more productive but the things that are truly important to your VIP’s (the people who are important to your business) will be noticed.
The most important part of any business is to connect and stay connected to the people who keep your business growing – not your competition!
Don’t allow your competition to live rent free in your head
